Shibi, translating to  "wet nose" in Mandarin Chinese Pinyin, which symbolizes healthy conditions of dogs.  

The brand was founded in the heart of Seattle, a vibrant city known for its love of pets. 

Amy, a passionate pet lover and the proud owner of two adorable puppies, Dou Dou, and Niu Niu, is the heart and soul behind Shibi Pets. Her journey began over a decade ago when she started making healthy, fresh, and delicious treats for her furry companions. Now, she's on a mission to share her experience and bring the joy of giving the best nutrition to all pet owners, helping them bond with their beloved furry friends. Her personal commitment and journey are what make Shibi Pets unique and trustworthy.  

At Shibi, Amy insists on using only the finest, premium-quality ingredients. Her focus on health and wellness is unwavering, and dedicating to hand-crafting each product. She sources proteins from nature's bounty and complements them with various vegetables. She firmly believes that pure ingredients are the key to the healthiest pet treats, especially for pets with sensitive stomachs or lactose intolerance, to stay healthy all the time.  

She utilizes dehydrating techniques to preserve the natural flavor and primary nutrition sources of ingredients, eliminating moisture as much as possible to keep the final product fresh.  This process takes  about 12 to 16 hours to retain the original flavor and nutritional value, ensuring each pet enjoys this a fresh, tasty, and healthy chip every time.
